About

OurCalc is a collection of free online calculators for finance, math, health, dates, business and everyday questions. The aim is simple: give you a correct answer quickly, and show enough of the working that you can trust it.

How the calculators are built

• Standard formulas, shown openly. Every calculator page lists the formula it uses, defines each variable and includes a worked example that is generated by the calculator itself.
• Tested. Each calculator is checked against known results and edge cases such as zero values, decimals, the smallest and largest allowed inputs and invalid entries.
• Honest about errors. If an input cannot produce a meaningful answer, the calculator says what is wrong instead of showing a number that looks right but is not.
• Private. Calculations happen in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to a server or stored.

Results are estimates for information only. They are not financial, medical, legal or professional advice. Please read the disclaimer, and confirm important figures with a qualified professional or your provider.
